Return an item (COVID-19 UPDATE)
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receiving your product(s), we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products as long as the seal isn’t broken on the item due to hygiene purposes and you will receive a full refund.
How do I return a product?
You can request a return by emailing us at email@example.com and we will send you a HERMES label to affix to your package(s).
When requesting a return, please take into account the following:
- When returning a product please use the returns label provided via email.
- It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
